Two-session program for a project management organization

Aon Intelligence recently delivered a two-session training program for a project management organization responsible for complex conveyor-automation projects.

The first session introduced AI fundamentals and practical uses of ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft 365. Participants worked through prompting techniques, document generation, spreadsheet scenarios, meeting and task-management workflows, and conversational access to business data.

The second session expanded into personalized agents, reusable workflows, multi-step reporting, project status rollups, automation, and agent-based integration concepts. Both sessions were highly interactive, using participant questions and real operational pain points to guide the demonstrations.
